A Bit About Me
My Professional Approach

As the founder of Med Match Made Easy, I am excited to be able to offer residency applicants assistance with their personal statements and interviewing skills. Prior to matching as a psychiatry resident at Ozark Center in Joplin, Missouri, I attended Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. After residency, I plan to build my own practice as a psychiatrist and eventually create a wellness center that offers counseling, social services and other therapies including yoga, art therapy, and music therapy. Outside of medicine and assisting residency applicants, I also have a passion for reading, crocheting, and writing crochet patterns.

I have navigated the residency application process and successfully matched into a psychiatry residency program. Throughout the 2021-2022 interview season, I had more than 70 individual interviews over the course of 18 interview days which consisted of interviews with program directors, assistant program directors, faculty members, and residents. During the interview season, the enormity of the task of interviewing led me to develop a template that streamlines the residency interview process and unburdens the applicant. Since matching, I have enjoyed advising and guiding applicants through the residency application process. Drawing from professional and personal experience, I look forward to assisting you in honing your residency interview skills and personal statements.
